- Only when you tap something on the account list, such as following someone, sending a gift or editing your profile. FoxVideoChat then asks you to log in or create an account; until then you stay a guest.
- Your guest session lives in this browser

When do I need to create an account?
Only for the extras: following someone, likes and gifts, sending photos or voice notes in chat, posting, and editing your profile or settings. FoxVideoChat asks you when you tap one of those.
Is guest video chat anonymous?
You don’t give a name, email or phone number. But FoxVideoChat still stores a guest session and device identifier in your browser and keeps technical data such as IP addresses, and the person you call sees whatever your camera shows.
